Tina Baksh is returning as a board member after a break and is very excited to be back. Tina holds a Master in Education and a Bachelor in Business Management, along with an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration Management Studies. With over 10 years of experience supporting vulnerable and marginalized populations in the community, Tina is passionate about creating comfortable spaces and helping individuals achieve their goals by finding creative solutions to challenges.

Throughout her career, Tina has demonstrated these skills by managing externally funded projects that supported barriered individuals and Internationally Trained Immigrants (ITI's) with their academic and employment goals and developed a program dedicated to helping ITI's with entrepreneurship. Her dedication and innovative approach have made a significant impact, and she is eager to continue contributing to the board's mission.
