Sehrish Haroon is a Registered Psychotherapist with extensive experience and training in trauma-informed psychotherapy. She is Certified and an Approved Consultant for both Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which are two very effective evidence based psychotherapies for trauma. She provides psychotherapy, clinical consultation, and supervision for CRPO (College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario) through her practice, Infinity Psychotherapy. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy at Martin Luther University College at Laurier. Sehrish’s research interests include vicarious trauma and post-traumatic growth. Her clinical focus includes treating complex trauma, relational trauma, dissociation, anxiety, depression, etc. She truly believes healing is possible, and thus she is passionate about providing trauma-informed education and support to the community, especially the Muslim community.
