Program Description
Our Tutoring Program provides free, in-person academic support for students in Grades 1–12. Through individualized and small-group support by professional tutors, students receive help with core subjects such as English and Math, while building confidence, strong study habits, and a positive approach to learning. The program is designed to support students at all academic levels in a safe, encouraging, and inclusive environment.
Participation Agreement and Liability Waiver
By registering for this program, I acknowledge and agree that my participation in any activities, programs, or events organized by Muslim Social Services (MSS) is entirely voluntary and undertaken at my own risk. I understand and agree that MSS, its employees, volunteers, contractors, and partners are not responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that I may incur while participating in these activities, whether such injuries or damages are caused by negligence or otherwise. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless MSS, its employees, volunteers, contractors, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, arising out of or related to my participation in any MSS activities. I also acknowledge that this waiver of liability applies to any claims arising from accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during transportation to and from MSS events or any other MSS-related activities. By completing the registration for this program, I confirm my understanding and acceptance of these terms.
