Program Description
Join us for MSSWR’s new program, Making Waves: Girls in Swim – Summer 2026! This 8-week program is designed for girls and their mothers to enjoy a supportive swim environment, build confidence in the water, and strengthen community connections. Participants will have the opportunity to develop comfort in the pool, enhance their swimming abilities, and take part in a welcoming space where girls and mothers can connect, learn, and thrive together. Thank you for your interest in registering for MSSWR’s Making Waves: Girls in Swim Program. Please note that completing this form does not guarantee a spot. Sessions
Participation Agreement and Liability Waiver
By registering for this program, I acknowledge and agree that my participation in any activities, programs, or events organized by Muslim Social Services (MSS) is entirely voluntary and undertaken at my own risk. I understand and agree that MSS, its employees, volunteers, contractors, and partners are not responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that I may incur while participating in these activities, whether such injuries or damages are caused by negligence or otherwise. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless MSS, its employees, volunteers, contractors, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, arising out of or related to my participation in any MSS activities. I also acknowledge that this waiver of liability applies to any claims arising from accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during transportation to and from MSS events or any other MSS-related activities. By completing the registration for this program, I confirm my understanding and acceptance of these terms.
