Black Youth Leadership Development for Tomorrow
Program Description
A 4-week peer mentorship program for Black Muslim youth focused on mental wellbeing, leadership development, and culturally grounded approaches to healing. ***Please note: there is a change in location after the first session of this program.*** The first session on Saturday, March 7th of this program takes place at Camino in the Community Room that is located downstairs at 645 Westmount Road East, Kitchener, ON. All following sessions (March 14th, March 21st, and March 28th) will take place at the Victoria Hill Community Centre in Room 1 located at 10 Chopin Drive, Kitchener, ON.

Participation Agreement and Liability Waiver
By registering for this program, I acknowledge and agree that my participation in any activities, programs, or events organized by Muslim Social Services (MSS) is entirely voluntary and undertaken at my own risk. I understand and agree that MSS, its employees, volunteers, contractors, and partners are not responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that I may incur while participating in these activities, whether such injuries or damages are caused by negligence or otherwise. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless MSS, its employees, volunteers, contractors, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, arising out of or related to my participation in any MSS activities. I also acknowledge that this waiver of liability applies to any claims arising from accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during transportation to and from MSS events or any other MSS-related activities. By completing the registration for this program, I confirm my understanding and acceptance of these terms.
