Program Description
All weeks of camp will operate in person from 9:30 AM -3:00 PM $150 per child per week $10 off for each additional child Accepting kids from age 4 - 14 years old We accept cash, cheques made to Muslim Social Services Waterloo Region, or e-transfer to msskwdonations@gmail.com. Please specify with a note that payment is for “summer camp payment for week 2.” Payment is required to reserve your child's spot. Once payment has been made, please send a screenshot to info@msswr.org with your child's details. Please remember: Please ensure your children are on time each day for camp to support a good learning environment for all. Please let us know in advance if someone other than the parent/guardian is picking up your child at the end of the camp day. Please bring a lunch for your child, a water bottle, outdoor clothes and a hat.
Participation Agreement and Liability Waiver
By registering for this program, I acknowledge and agree that my participation in any activities, programs, or events organized by Muslim Social Services (MSS) is entirely voluntary and undertaken at my own risk. I understand and agree that MSS, its employees, volunteers, contractors, and partners are not responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that I may incur while participating in these activities, whether such injuries or damages are caused by negligence or otherwise. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless MSS, its employees, volunteers, contractors, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, arising out of or related to my participation in any MSS activities. I also acknowledge that this waiver of liability applies to any claims arising from accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during transportation to and from MSS events or any other MSS-related activities. By completing the registration for this program, I confirm my understanding and acceptance of these terms.
